A symbolic gaze upon reality. All images are original photographs by Spina di Cardo.
VISION is not photography. It is an act of recognition. It is the moment when something, in the visible world, reveals itself as a sign.
Each image is born from an encounter: a detail, a shape, a threshold. I do not seek what is beautiful. I recognize what speaks.
Photography thus becomes an oracular instrument, capable of revealing symbols, passages, and presences.
WITCHCRAFT IS NOT AN AESTHETIC
It is not candles, skulls, shadows, or symbols. It is not what you display. These are fragments. Echoes of something deeper. The path is not how it looks. It is what it demands. Discipline. Devotion. Transformation. To walk this path means confronting yourself. Stripping away illusion. Standing before what is real. Aesthetic is surface. The work lies beneath. And they are not the same.
BEFORE THE CHOICE
I could tell you that the universe fixes everything, that it opens paths, that it gives you what you need. I could make you feel better. But that is not how it works. The universe does not choose for you, it does not move for you, it does not care. If you remain still, nothing happens. If you do not choose, nothing moves. We are closer to this: a body without direction, without movement, without will, until we decide to have one. Destiny is not given, it is made, and most people would rather avoid that responsibility.
